I think I've seen similar bug report somewhere here, but just don't have time right now to go thru 37 pages of bug reports, so here goes: build a rocket (or take an example one from "stock craft") - launch from launchpad and several seconds later press "EVA" on pilot' animation - the entire rocket gets "broken" and exactly at staging points (decouplers)

Repeated several times for several vessel designs, seems like hardcoded physics bump there
