I've come across a new bug (at least for me) where the game hangs when trying to launch a vessel from the VAB to a runway...

I've come across a new bug (at least for me) where the game hangs when trying to launch a vessel from the VAB to a runway... Has anyone else encountered this bug as well?

 

It only started tonight... i was building a kraken engine space plane and exited the game whilst still in the VAB.. Now my game hangs when trying to launch a vessel on a runway. The loading bar completes and then the game just seems to hang on the loading image of the plane on the runway. I've checked task manager and the game doesnt show as 'Not Responding'. I wondered if anyone else has come across the same bug?
