Cant start a campaign

so i cant make a campaign i just got the game installed it and got into the launcher without a hassle but i cant choose a difficulty and when i press "START CAMPAIGN" nothing happens...

ive tried restarting pc, verifying game files, reinstalling ksp2, updating drivers ex ex. 

update i managed to resolve this issue 

pc specs: Windows 11 Home , 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11300H @ 3.10GHz   3.11 GHz,        16gGB of RAM,  NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
