Weird bug, right clicking components in space not working

Hi,

I've installed some visual mods for the game along with Kerbal Engiener Redux and Lunar multiplayer mod.

Last week I was quite angry after my kerbal guy got killed on Minmus due to a bug making my guy only levitate upwards and not being able to return to its ship (weird one), and also my game was moving a bit slower with all the visual enhancements so I wanted to uninstall all my mods. (the visual ones) I removed them all from the GameData folder (except Engineer Redux + Lunar) and of course this made my game not able to start anymore.

I did a uninstall + reinstall while keeping only the two mod folders + save folders and the game started correctly but now I have this really weird bug.

It seems that I can't right click on components, the window doesn't open and also there's a visual issue with the bar near the map (it doesn't show the yellow bar which would decrease). I also noticed sometimes the buttons on the right side duplicate (like where you see your fuel)...

It seems to happen only when getting to space, i don't know if there is just some specific components that make it this way...

It's bugging me so much that I reinstalled 3 times the game and also tried new career save and same issue occurs.

 

Anyone know what I should do to fix this?
