Game in resolutions below 1050 px looks awful

As in the topic.

Tested game with lower resolutions and it looks absolutely terrible - UI gets grainy, and world rendering is none better (max settings + AA 8x)

Seen this as well, but was assuming that it may have been a know issue since resolution was called out in recommended spec. 

Side note - using the Nvidia option to scale up from lower resolution really makes a mess of things. Running straight 1080 is really best (even if a frame rate hit)

But still - KSP 1 scaled itself properly - and without this awful artifacts - look at Kerbin.

At bigger resolutions artifacts still exists, pixels are just smaller.
