Overlapping engines on an engine plate produce no thrust

Engines that are clipping eachother even slightly won't produce any thrust. I have a rocket that says the thrust to weight ratio is over 2 but it won't leave the ground. Fixed the problem by making sure engines on the engine plate were not touching eachother.
