KSP2 Orbit Detect Bug

Upon entering a close circular orbit of the mun, my game is filled with rapidly changing messages as is shown in the below image. 
Leaving the circular orbit into an elliptical orbit, I discovered that this notification behavior only occurs at altitudes less than 8500m, but does occur consistently with each orbital pass.
