Freezing on loading screen

At what point in tine are they going to resolve this issue with loading screen? I bought this game the day it came out and haven't even gotten to play it for any amount of time because of these super frustrating crashes at the loading screen. It gets to "pumping sim once" and then freezes and crashes.
