Visual highlighting of fuel(resource) flow groups

It's always been a bit ambiguous what is and isn't connected fuel/resource-wise. Would be nice to have a button, that, when active, visualizes which portions feed each other - by coloring all the parts(tanks, structures, engines, etc) same color, and different colors for disconnected groups.
