I did it with mechjeb because it's much easier to record a video that way (so I can push F2 to get rid of the interface), lol. The Duna landing scene was done without mechjeb.

The start of the video is at 44519895 seconds.

My surface stay time was about 133.5 days.

Not sure it'd be possible to do so without looking at the map view during the video. (Unless you're terribly skilled)

Not sure it'd be possible to do so without looking at the map view during the video. (Unless you're terribly skilled)

Only the ascent autopilot and Smart A.S.S. were used in the making of this film. If you're referring to the interplanetary transfer burn, that was manual throttle control.

The voices are from the game Universal Combat or Battlecruiser 3000AD (it's free). I'm not sure if the head shield part I used is available anymore. I got it a few months ago.

Thats what i was wondering too. During landing on Duna it uses almost no fuel but i am still skeptical about it.
