solar panels blocked when in sunlight

• Operating System: Windows 11
• CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 5600
  GPU: ASUS TUF NVIDEA RTX 3060 12GB vRAM
   
• Description of the bug.  
  • Expected behaviour: Get EC by the sun
  • Observed behaviour: Blocked by Laythe when landed on Laythe
• Steps to Replicate. no clue
