  • i9-13900K, RTX 4090, 64 GB DDR5 @ 5600, 1 TB 980 NVME, Windows 10

Fix was to reload the game and bug went away. Unfortunately I have no save file for this as I reloaded to fix it.

I'm extremely far from Jool and Jool blocks out Kerbol so my solar panels do not produce power.
