Caveman challenge extended

Complete the excellent KSP Caveman Challenge and then keep going... 

The rules: as the original challenge, with the following additions.

 

1. Once you've unlocked every science upgrade possible with a level 1 R&D facility (thats the whole of tier 5), then and only then you can begin upgrading your buildings to level 2 - but not the VAB, SPH, Launchpad or Runway. These stay at level 1.
2. Once you've unlocked every science upgrade possible with a level 2 R&D facility (the whole of tier 7), you can then begin upgrading your buildings to level 3 - but still not the VAB, SPH, Launchpad or Runway. You're limited to 30 parts, 18 tons throughout your entire career.
3. No using MPL to farm science. (In fact, just never do that. It's the fastest way to ruin any career run.)
4. You win by fully unlocking every science upgrade, but there's no reason to stop there. Add your own bonus goals. Can you visit every planet, every moon? Maybe you consider 18 tons just way too generous? Impress me.

 

This turns the challenge into a whole new kind of career mode, which breathed new life into the game for me. Suddenly space infrastructure matters. Space stations, refuelling tugs and so on all come into play. Vehicles get designed for a specific purpose and then reused again and again, so they become old friends. Old problems need entirely new solutions.

Best of all, you get an entire career run with NO LAG.
