This is pretty straightforward: Land on a specific plane on v0.1.0.0.

Primary: Go to Duna and Land.

Stretch: Go to Eve and Land.

Jeb: Go to Jool and land on Vall.

Val: Go and land on Eeloo.

Tim C: Pick any two planets that are past Duna distance wise (e.g. Vall, then Dres) and land on one, then land on the other.

Mission Impossible: Tim C goal, but return to Kerbin.

 

It'll be extremely difficult, but I think anybody can do it if they have patience. (and lots of quicksaves!)
