Cortex command - can i run it?

Hey, someone said this: this **** crashed my PC upon start... got a loading screen and then a big black screen... after that my PC was working as if it had honey mixed with slime inside the system or something...

Apperantly it overflowed my i5 750 (3.0 Ghz overclock) and my 4 GB RAM (DDR3) and it didnt end until my PC was showing a BSOD. All I did was to run the .exe

I had 1 GB of RAM and 2.75 GHZ processor, and im concerned if this will happen to me!

Dude, My Dino can run Cortex command. The only problem I run into is when I run the UNSC Mod faction on base defense. Because a but-ton of gibs is a 'bit' hard on a 1.4 GHZ and 512 Mb Ram. You should NOT have a problem.

Though my computer DOES have a bit of lagging on FTL...

This was a problem in the old Cortex Command, but you had to hit the spacebar as soon as it went full screen or it would crash.

If it consistently uses all your memory, move some parts outside of the parts folder.

Witch cortex command version? R23? Also, if i play it windowed, Will that prevent it from happening if i have old version? Or does it have to run full screen first?

I was playing cortex command full screen, and it shutdown my pc 2 hrs into playing it, but i think i have souloution!:

I usually crash while playing NFSU and 18 wheels of steel convoy (witch is odd) yet playing ksp, it dosent happen! So, maybe running windowed all the time will make it not crash my PC!
