How to make some of "non-RP0" parts back in RP1

In default RP-1 install,there is only fixed 4m or 2m antenna can be used for very deep space exploration(such as Uranus,Neptune),but I have a misson,2m HGA is too small for the probe,4m HGA is too big,but there is no 3m parabolic antenna,so I used the model of CoatlAerospace(Probe plus) make a 3m HGA,and make it Real Antennas compatible, but the part was hidden by RP-1 because it's nonRP0 part,I think it's hidden by NonRP0.cfg,I want to edit it to make it pass my 3m HGA or edit my part's cfg  to make it RP1 compatible. But I don't know how to make NonRP0.cfg make it pass or add what module to my 3m HGA make it RP1 compatible .

So,what module should I  add to the antenna?
