Kerbal Anatomy Question - How Tall are You?

This keeps bugging me while I do interior models for my (tentative) series of parts. I know the world scale for parts in relationship to the stock parts, but the size of the Kerbals during EVA throws me off. I'd really appreciate an answer from one of the devs or anybody who could guide me to an anwser.

FYI, I have the in-suit height of a Kerbal at 1m. Just a rough ballpark between the part and EVA scales.

Kerbals are 1m tall, using the default rescaleFactor of 1.25 (so they truly are 1.25m tall, but the game considers them as being 1m tall).

If this explanation is confusing, just assume Kerbals are 1m^^ (and do not change the rescaleFactor)

Surely if the rescale factor is 1.25, they would be by default 80cm tall?

But yeah, they're 1m tall to prevent "insect Physics" whereby the characters reacted strangely to small physics scales (I think)

Kerbin radius = 600 km

Earth (mean) radius = 6371 km

So would that make a Kerbal meter 10.62 SI meters? That would mean Kerbals are over 10 meters tall.

Kerbals are 1m tall. Rescale factor doesn't affect them...

Whether their helmets are taken into account for their height, I don't know.
