Construction Un-doing while holding the move tool doubles camera speed

Reported Version: v0.1.4 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 10 Home edition (Build 19045.3324) | CPU: Intel i7-9700 | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti | RAM: 16 GB 2666 Hz

 

To replicate: 
Enter the VAB and place down a few parts (any will work).
Move the parts using the Move tool (keyboard 2).
While still holding move tool, use Ctrl-z to undo the movement.
The camera will now move at an increased speed.
To stop the bug and revert camera to normal speed, switch back to the place tool (keyboard 1).
