Yes OS: Windows 11 pro | CPU: i9 9600kf | GPU: rtx 3080 | RAM: 32 gb The screen is stuck showing the vab even though it would be somewhere such as the launch pad or the tracking station. It can only be fixed by restarting the game as not even the quick reload fixes it.
