The beginning was screenshots, not video.

Yes I knew that the engines only work on kerbin and laythe.

This plane was a versatile glider, used for more than duna.

Sadly, I didn't. I used Debug Screen and SSTO'ed it there. Am working on a legit launcher now.

technically, if the engines don't do anything it is powerless, therefore it is a glider, not a plane

I ran up to the fuselage, planning to jump over, but instead I front flipped

There were radial engines on the wings without them, the plane would have crashed into a hill on landing.

May I ask what those blue front bumper parts are ?

Zoxygene mod. I used them to balance the planes weight out.
