I've tried downloading it a few times, yet it gives me the same error. Any idea how to fix this?

I made a last minute tweak to the 1.5.1 download, after it hit CKAN.

I probably caused this error so I have bumped the version to 1.5.2. Either wait for CKAN to update to 1.5.2 or download it from Spacedock.  Sorry, I think this is my fault.

Interesting. I was considering building a mod that separates the Soviet and US parts.

can I ask what process you follow to come up with a patchable mod? Did you develop a bit of software to generate this?

This only changes the layout of Tech Tree. I wrote this using Excel to generate the code based on grid positions.

If you want to separate the US and USSR parts then take a look at  my other mod, below.

It's a work in progress but once complete my plan is to add an option to completely hide parts by country.
