Construction Can't place the EM-500 "Hotplate" mk3 engine mount when the cursor is on another part

Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 10 | CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 | RAM: 16GB

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a part
2. Pick EM-500 "Hotplate" 
3. Try to place it while your cursor is on another part

You can place it only when you move your cursor is aiming at nothing.

It's also not working when your cursor is on another part different of what you are trying to attach to.
