The dictionary file (for squad and squadExpansion present in localization under GameData) do not work. The files are there, I've reinstalled several times. I have no idea what is stopping KSP from accessing the dictionary files.
i've searched the KSP Log fore and aft, nothing regarding the issue. The game just does not read the files. It successfully references and displays it (autoloc address ex. "#autoLOC_6006039") but doesn't show the actual addressed dictionary entry.
