First Safe Landing On The Mun

I did it finally but there is a need for a rescue mission as I disconnected the transfer stage too early and there is not enough fuel in the lander.

My next objective is to get him back since I only have very little fuel and then I will head out to Minmus since I finally nailed landing safely.

I'm now going to pretend this was my first Mun landing even though it wasn't but this is my first one without anything blowing up so oh well.

During landing the lander did skid a bit so I'm glad I landed on flat terrain.

Congratulations! Often, I find it good to add some RCS, to kill some of that lateral motion while remaining upright.
