Yes OS: Windows 10 | CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce TX 2060 SUPER | RAM: 32 GB Every time a decoupler is used in flight appears to be logged in Flight Report as the Vessel being destroyed. See attached screenshot. Note that the rocket i used had 4 radial and 2 inline decouplers, all of which generated a "Vessel destroyed" message upon activation.
