Construction Fairings bug out when trying to edit them again after they were closed

Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2715) | CPU: Intel Core i7-10875 CPU @ 2.30GHz | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super Max-Q Design | RAM: 16 GB 2933 MHz SODIMM

 

PROBLEM:

     Fairings will bug out when editing fairings and confuse the UI.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

   1. Place any root part you'd like.

    2. Place any fairing you'd like.

   3.  Shape the fairing how you like and finish editing.

   4. Edit the fairing again, move it around a bit until you see the + button.

  5. Hit the plus button and move the arrows and now you should see my problem
