rover and lights problems

I have created a rover to take it to MUN but there is a problem, the lights, whatever I put on, turn on for 1 second and turn off as if they had no battery but it has plenty of battery, it doesn't turn on when there is sun with a solar panel either, it is a failure Commonly, the same rover in ksp1 worked perfectly but here I get that error and I can't solve it.

I'm getting the same problem. doesn't matter the craft, rover or ship. the lights come on for a flash and then go out permanently.
