This took me about 20 minutes to make. Also, control surfaces. Control surfaces everywhere. Not only does it have 18 control surfaces, it also has at LEAST 14 airbrakes. And I shoved a bunch of RCS thrusters on it, too.

Requires the Aviation Lights mod by BigNose, Airbrake by Vlad, MechJeb, and the Modular Missiles pack by JellyCube/JellyGoggles.

Statistics:

Lifts off at around 60m/s - Top speed at 280m above sea level with full combat load is 170m/s. - Equipped with one AR202 Autopilot.
