Landing Legs on Eve

Try to land a 400-ton rocket on Eve. 

 

Using the parachutes and firing the engines to get the touchdown speed to 6~8 m/s

 

Have 6 large landing leges attached, but it always fails due to "structural  failure on linkage between LT-3 'Wallaby' and [the attached body. in my case, FL-T800]"

Also tried with 12 legs, but it also fails.

 

I understand the surface gravity on Eve is higher than Kerbin, so  the its Impact Tolerance would be lower at Eve. But its Kerbin number is 20 m/s.

 

Any recommendation for the landing gears for Eve?

I'm having simmilar problems with the LT-3's attatched to X200-64 tanks.
