Suggestion: Remove targeting of body when entering its SOI, as it was in KSP 1

It seems that some new players might have problems with it:

I don't yet see reason to able to target body when in its influence. I am relatively experienced KSP player and didn't see this as an problem, but targeting central body seems to be useless.
