Extreme lag on KSP save when loading one of my vessels

I have an 8700k 32Gb of Ram and  RTX 3080. Upon trying to control the craft titled "Interstellar engine" I get about 5-10 fps and that lag continues even if I switch menus or change chips I'm controlling until I close and reload. I don't think this is really an overly large rocket for KSP, it's just an interstellar vehicle I attached a landing module and some sats to to bring to another planet.
