Make it harder to condense the folders in the parts menu?

So I very frequently keep finding folders in the parts menu closed, presumably because I clicked the banner, but I don't actually want to close them. Being able to close them is a useful feature but I'd recommend making it so you have to actually click the arrow, not just anywhere on the banner.
