Help! Slow panning issue KSP 1

Hi! 
 

In the VAB, SPH and KSC main menu, my camera has started panning slow. I have been using KSP 1 for 2 years without issue u too this happened after a recent crash.  (Running on PC)

I have deleted almost all mods except for Kerbal Engineer and ScanSat. I have restarted the computer, I have checked the camera panning in KSP 2 and it is normal. I have looked for bug fixes but can’t find any.

Does anyone have any ideas to get this fixed?

Do you have a controller or joystick plugged into your PC? Phantom control inputs are often due to that so if you do, unplug it and see if the issue persists.
