Mesh collider shenanigans

So im trying to import something into KSP 1 via blender then unity part tools package i did everything right and watched a video about it and everything, but in the end i somehow managed to export the object with its textures and everything, but it had the mesh collider edges instead of the normal one as in that the parts that werent in the mesh collider for example maybe a hat was cut off. how to fix?

i used the mesh collider convex feature of unity to make a collider because the collider i premade really doesnt like to be moved or anything. anyone know how to fix this? pls:)
