first issue after years of not touching this game, random freezes (and crash) after few minutes of flight

Hello! i'm back here again!

After few years of college, i finally played this game again and still got the mods, last time i played it was 1.12.3, so before i boot this again i decided to update it to 1.12.5, as well updated all the mods via CKAN, but one issue, after every few minutes of flight without reverting to hangar or launch, the game graphics would randomly freeze (and just before i wrote this report, actually crashed), the sounds still play and pausing still stops all sounds, but everything can't be interacted with.

I have quite plenty of mods but i'm not sure what are causing it as everything is up to date (except AirplanePlus, HyperEdit and RCS Build Aid since there's no new equivalent for these, but these seems unlikely)
