Every time I update my ships with stuff that requires changes to name code after saving  there is old ship and new one.

Since the game crashes in editor quite often I save frequently, which leads to many copies of the same ship (sometimes over 10).

How to overwrite opened vessel after changing her name? 

 

No mods, latest version of the game with all DLCs.
