RSS/RO/RP-1 glitch

When downloading RSS/RO off of CKAN in 1.12.5, every time when I press “Resume Save” to continue a game, nothing shows up even though all the data is still there. This also happens with newer game files I create after downloading all the mods. I’ve ruled it down to one of the mods I downloaded causing this bug and not corrupted files, KSP community, I require your wisdom.
