Tutorial boxes shifted off right edge of screen on 2560x1440 monitor

I have a 2560x1440 monitor and I set the game's resolution to that.  When I first start a tutorial, Wernher's tutorial box is correctly placed about an inch from the right edge of the screen.  For every subsequent screen, his box  is shifted farther to the right so that about  a half inch of the text is out of view.  I then have to manually slide the box to the left so I can read it all.  This happens for all tutorials and for all but the first introductory screen and for every step in the tutorial.
