You've just discovered the... SPOILER: This is for you to find out for yourself in the game. Spoiler Cove Launch Site. The Cove Launch Site is for launching seaplanes straight to the ocean. If you fly close enough, you get a popup on your screen that says that you've unlocked the Cove Launch Site and can launch from it in the VAB. When you want to do so, Hover right under the launch button, and a menu will open. Select ''Cove Launch Site.'' Make sure that your plane points left in the VAB. Then, press launch and go!
