My name: Ed McBeardy (as in Scottish "Muk")

Spent a while developing this and it's very sturdy! Used pretty much indestructible pieces as framework and then rearranged all the seats to be facing together. I mean, really. Who doesn't want that awkward moment when someone sits in the four seater with you and there's tonnes of space! Even in space, awkward knows no bounds. Especially for 16 love-struck, snack-deprived kerbals!

It's the right height for jumping in and off of and has enough batteries to keep it powered throughout a munar night. Also the only bits that break are the docking-ports! So be careful with the bumps. Try not to throw it off a cliff because although it'll survive, the seats and everything else with scatter like coupons from a street-vendor.

The solar panels are just there to ensure it doesn't completely die from running but you may require a power source...

Hope you like Harv! And anyone else is welcome to use the bus. I mean, it's literally already a toilet, homeless shelter and ticket to "where the heck am I?".

My name: Ed McBeardy (again, as in Scottish "Muuuuuuuuuk". Dammit! Back in your pokeball you giant smear!)

Whilst developing the Munar Bus I realised that the thing wouldn't live forever (and because I like to challenge myself) neither would anything else without a power station! Soooo in came something pretty! I thought I'd take some inspiration from our current solar technology and develop (as close to) a circular solar facility! It has more than enough solar panels and generators to stay 100% charged 24/7, and a little longer too.

It has a really useful design of incorporating some motors onto it too so it means that you don't smash into the floor! Although in testing, I did find that it can survive ~20m/s crash with only the loss of 2 legs. It has a max 42 second burn at surface ISP with the motors, but in space it's well over a minute plus so you've got an age to land the thing safely. Oh! And if you want to add more, they can be arranged in giant octagons so that you get the max space and bang per meter!

It even has lights! So you never lose where you need to go (unless a mountain is in the way then X-ray vision activate!). Added the entire communication system too so KSC can hear their incessant nagging about Bill eating all the snacks.....

Well there you go! Have fun Harv, and anyone else who wants to silence those nagging power problems!

I build a forklift

dont know how you could fly it to the mün, it may not be the fanciest thing but it works.

Dont know what you would need this for...

controls

1 raise fork

2 drive with raised fork

3 lower fork (may need to drive away then try to re-dock)

4 drive with lowered fork

5 translation mode

note i built this in 0.19

Some of you may have noticed the absence of Sapien Technologies CEO Tanya Sapien over the last couple weeks, and may have noticed our stock prices dropping as a result, but have no fear! We recently found her on the Mun. After several hours of pursuit and a two dozen tranq darts were used, she was brought back home, along with her all-new creation, the MagiK KarpeT.

Much of the design is a mystery, but we gave Jeb the keys anyways, and he's rated it "super kertastically flipper" ...we don't really know what he meant by that, but we've put it up for auction anyways! It's capable of not only sustained flight (up to half an hour) but just tip it on its side and you can dock it with any H.O.C. standard docking ring! Buy now and we'll throw in a skycrane/refueling platform for free!

Oh, and we found this duct taped to the seat: Jeb's Instructions For The Flying Carpet

MagiK KarpeT stats:

With skycrane:

My name: Ed McBeardy ("Muk!" Damnit you! I said get back in the.... oh god nooooooooooooo!!!!!*Glomp*)

Well basically, this was very hard! Trying to fit two tanks side by side was really hard! And to get it under the weight limit too. But it's allllllll good now! Minimized everything to be about as compact as a smart car in a car crusher! The wonderous SPPPPPAAAAAACCCCCEEEE DRUM fits all your needs for fuel storage and a sleek, simple design! Our patented "It's gone sideways again..." technology helps to stabilise and secure all of the pieces together firmer than students with duct tape. The design also has enough room to fit twin motors for a safe descent without compromising fuel storage! We've literally thought of everything! (other than kerbal safety. Use at own risk. Do not consume. Do not smoke. Do not lick.)

The entire design is also so well built that we (totally on purpose) made it adaptable to your current Space Co. vehicles! May not be compatable with green Kerbals.

Tada! Whew! This one was very hard actually. But it's good! Never down for a challenge!

Hope Harv and everyone likes! Feel free to use and abuse!

After some tseting Jebidiah stated that the design would randomly explode when:

-Landing a skycrane on it.

-Just docking a vehicle.

-Retracting the landing legs.

And when it didn't explode, the docking ports would "magicly fly off".

So we fired our rocket engineers (with a mainsail) and hired new ones.

So our new scientists came up with a design that would not randomly explode and has better docking ports.

Also they reduced the part count and weight by removing the XenonGas. Our scientists left a note saying Xenon is worthless anyway.

They also removed all the useless cosmetic thingies like light, because of the time-warp technology you can do everything during daytime.

Here are the specifications of the new disign:

Contains:

2610 LiquidFuel

3190 Oxidizer

750 MonoPropellant

The new craft also has docking ports that are able to dock every vehicle currently in the moon base.

Our scientists also asked themself the question: How can we make a fuel depot with as few parts as possible?

They came up with this:

uojXGoU.jpg

With only 14 parts and a mass off 39,96 t they have achieved everything that the fuel depot needed to have with as few parts as possible.

It also has standard That's no moon! docking port height

NOTE: This design has no nuclear generator thingy so you might not be able to control the craft on he dark side of the moon/kerbin

KepeTech is proud to present its second custom design for the That's no Moon Base! -mission; the KepeTech Refueling Station. It holds plenty of liquid fuel, oxidizer and monopropellant to satisfy all your needs! The design combines low center of gravity and sturdy legs for the greatest stability, especially when landing on a slope.

The feature we are most proud of is the docking ports, which have a patented KepeTech Height System, allowing us to have the two rover docking ports at ever so slightly differing heights. This ensures the ultimate compatibility with all the utility vehicles with differing masses to effortlessly dock with the KepeTech Refueling Station. The docking port which has the small monopropellant tanks next to it aligned vertically is at the HOC Standard height, and the port with the tanks aligned horizontally is a few centimeters lower for those heavier rovers. This can also be easily changed by rotating the bi-couplers if you find that the ports aren't for some reason at the proper heights. Our HOC Standard Height Test Vehicle can easily dock to either of the ports even on Kerbin.

We have also integrated a standard docking port at the top of the main tank to allow spacecrafts with a port at the bottom to dock and refuel. The bottom, jr. sized port is there mainly just to allow easier integration with a rocket. Our design doesn't come with engines since all the available mass is used to maximize fuel quantity, so a sky crane is required to deliver it to the Munar surface. Kepetech offers a compatible design for that task, it can be found here.

Liquid fuel: 2880

Oxidizer: 3520

Monopropellant: 560

Weight: 39,91t

Part count: 25

I present the Movable storage vehicleâ„¢. Perfect for all of your refueling needs, be it liquid fuel, monopropelant, or even electricity!. Now with built in circular moving utilities, no more flying about trying to land in the right place, you can just drive there! Complete with rover and skycrane ports, lights, rcs thrusters, landing legs, and antennas on the front.

INSTRUCTIONS:Land with legs down then collapse them so it is at the right height. It is a bit top heavy so take corners slowly. Although it is relatively robust the landing legs and wheel structures can snap at higher G-forces.

The point of her is not only to store fuel on the moon. But she is dock-able by both Clamp-o-tron and Clamp-o-tron jr. docking ports. It is equipped with four power generators in case any electric rovers need to be recharged, 2520 Units of Fuel Storage, 400 units of RCS fuel storage and a vertically oriented Clamp-o-tron docking port if you want to try vertical docking or just want to add an extra layer of use in orbit. It has a total weight less than 39 units and

Screen shots found here.:http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/191/2013060500006.jpg/

Warning: The position of the the docking ports may need to be modified in order to fit your rover and probe needs. However it's set up for ease of customization.

Name of Utility - GASmaster Mk1©- This amazingly simple mobile gas can will fill up any of your

gas-powered utilities! (shipping and handling is not payed for and/or not supplied. GASco.© is not responsible for any of; spontaneous combustion, combustion, "spazzing-out", "flipping-out", leakage onto munar soil causing kerbal-kancer, being kinda heavy, and/or disappearing.) go ahead and "tamper" with the GASmaster Mk1© because i said it was OK!

I give you ''Mobile Fuel Deliver'' (yes i know, not the most creative name), it's a smart little rover which can be docked with most rovers with no struggle at all.

It can also be used as a trailer for the mun tractor if you want to. There are 2 solar panels if you need to charge something or just use the 2 generators.

The total mass is: 14,994t

Total parts: 28

Total Electricity: 1015

Total fuel: 1080

My name: Pottypie.

This submission contains 36 mass units of fuel (equivalent to one orange tank), and is moderately stable on all four landing legs. If you don't mind the extra weight feel free to add more, but it doesn't tip over in my experience. The engines attached to it are enough to stop it accelerating on the moon, but barely enough to slow it, so you should try and ensure it is going slow enough just before you land. There is a skycrane docking port on the top, and some rover ports on the fuel tanks (with some small, low ones for smaller rovers).
