Contract Configurator: Is it possible to make it so contracts do not immediately respawn on completion / denial? I want to have it so I can only receive one of my contracts once every 3 years.

I'm making a contract pack, one of my contracts I would like to be only able to receive once every 3 years. Is this something that is possible? I have been reading through the wiki and can not find any information on this.
