Trouble with B9 Part Switch(not a clue what’s wrong)

There is an issue when I try to load into the game. I keep getting the B9 part switch fatal error. This is what it says.

Exception while loading fields on subtype PartSubtype MonoPropellant Exception while loading field tankType on type B9PartSwitch.PartSubtype

The tank definitions have not been loaded yet (done after game database load). This is likely caused by an earlier error or by ModuleManager being missing or out of date
