How to fix slow ui loading times in a molded install, I have Scatterer, Stock Volumetric Clouds, EVE reduced, parallax continued and its dependencies .

When I uninstall Scatterer, Eve redux and volumetric clouds, the issue is fixed , but I want those stunning visuals, what do I do?

Pick one or the other. Low framerates and long loading times are the price you pay for those stunning visuals. There's no magic solution to make them faster.

You also really don't want to run EVE Redux and EVE Volumetrics in the same install (since Volumetrics is intended to replace Redux). Pick one version of EVE and stick to it; I believe one intentionally blocks the other, but having less stuff going on in your GameData folder can't hurt in this particular case.

Are you using a very high-quality texture pack for one or the other? Redux does nothing to your game by itself, it relies on having another mod bring textures and configs (Volumetrics brings its own but allows for optional replacements), but you don't say what you're actually using. If it's something gigantic, yeah, that'll eat up a lot of resources.

Uninstall eve redux, use eve volumetrics.

Also, As another user pointed out, yeah, there’s no way to just “fix loading times”. You have more stuff in GameData, ergo, you are loading more stuff, ergo it will take you longer. You can only do three things to fix this - remove stuff, install a more efficient OS, or get a faster hard drive or SSD. This “problem” can’t be “fixed” because there’s no problem and therefore no fix.

I personally have a mod pack that is about 30gb in size and takes the best part of an hour to load. (Worth it though!)

What do I do? Load up GMod, HOI4, The Powder Toy or some other game and play those while the game loads. The Powder toy is free, by the way, and takes up a minuscule amount of system resources so it hardly impacts loading times. I recommend it.
