Combining the LH2 mod with KW Rocketry and other mods

So, there's a pretty cool LH mod by Selentic that gives you Liquid Hydrogen fuel for rockets.

I've changed the config file from Selentic's, so that LH2 has a density of 0.001 instead of 0.005 (Selentic had LH2 at the same density as LiquidFuel, but the engines required one fifth as much of it. Lowering the density means that editing a part.cfg file for a fuel tank or engine is just a matter of changing the resource name, instead of tweaking the actual numbers).

I've modified my KW Rocketry install so that the high-ISP lifters use LH2+Oxidizer instead of LiquidFuel+Oxidizer. I've also modified BobCat's MPSS NERVA engine, and the base nuclear thermal engine to use LH2+NuclearFuel instead of LiquidFuel+Oxidizer, merged BobCat's NuclearFuel with Selentic's U235 fuel, and added an always-on electric generator to each of the Nuclear Thermal Engines. I've also changed the 'big orange' tanks to store LH2+Oxidizer instead of LiquidFuel+Oxidizer, and changed a few of KW's fuel tanks to store pure LH2 with no Oxidizer (for the nuclear engines).

The thing is, KW Rocketry has a 'please do not redistribute' notice in its readme.txt. It'd be really nice to release what I've done (since I'd like to issue some Challenges using my setup), but I also want to honor the wishes of other modders.

How do I proceed?

Failing (or preceding) contact/permission from the KW guys you could just post what you changed and which files you changed.

There are tools around for automatically generating/patching diffs between files/directory trees (I don't remember how I did it last time I needed to, I just klutzed my way through the linux man pages...now I let git take care of such matters for me for my own work). Someone else might be able to point you to a guide or you could start with /www.google.com/search?q=sourceforge+windows+diff
