YouTube videos won't start.

My YouTube player has always been unstable. I have a 30 MB/s up-link and down-link, but YouTube still found it hard to load videos in 360p.

Today I can't play videos anymore. I don't know why, but when I click on a video nothing happens, just a black screen laughing at me. I've tried updating Chrome, I've tried updating Flash-Player, and I've enabled and disabled YouTube's HTML 5 player. Nothing helps.

Has anyone got the same problem? Have you solved it? I'm getting dangerously bored. ;)

Edit: When changing to HTML 5 the video goes from black-screen to "This video is currently unavailable".
