Zoom out and zoom in are not working

Ok so ive changed my zoom in and zoom out keys, now they do not work how to fix?

Are you trying in the VAB, Spaceplane Hanger or in flight?

I'm experiencing the same issue. I can't zoom anywhere in the game using either the mouse wheel scroll or the +/- keys...

I had the same issue. Took a while, but I eventually noticed in settings that the zoom buttons were mapped to NUMPAD + and - keys. Problem is, I'm using laptops, so there is no NUMPAD. I remapped the zoom to the regular + and - keys, zoom now works great.

So, perhaps check what your default zoom buttons are, and change if necessary.
