I did it... All rings (Ring 2 twice by accident), in cockpit view and a plane with 7 parts. Time was 4:21. There were two flight events i forgot to record in this vid ("Truss Piece 3x was damaged by engine exhaust from small radial engine") at min 0:23 and at min 2:03. So if touching or damaging by the exhaust counts... there were 2 collisions.

the idea behind this challenge is great but the limitations of ksp are awful. My fps dropped to a point were it isnt fun to play... not talking about the short complete stops of the game when it is loading one of the rings. Perhaps it would be better to do custom single part rings in order to deal with the limitations of the ksp enging.

I wonder where this challenge will be in some weeks... micro solid booster attached to a small probe and 2 micro control surfaces as wings doing the course in some seconds by fine tuned control makros.

Awesome job! I tried to do this challenge but gave up because I couldn't maintain a decent frame rate. I also accidentally knocked over the tall ring behind the runway and didn't know how to fix it.

Just extract the persistent.sfs file from the package again

Or always choose "Restart Flight", which I think will set everything back to how it was, like a quickload

Tryed it, only able to clear the first ring. Way too hard for me (I could not complete GTA-San Andreas beacuse of the stupid flight missions, I had a friend do them for me).

For every second off the floor: -1 up until one minute has passed (so the maximum is -100 points)

One minute is 60 seconds, not 100

I just tried it. I thought "I am not good at flying, but this will be easy.". Well, I crashed 8 times in to the ground or in a ring, so I've got -18 points!
