Military Designs [Stock]

This thread is for those of us who like making military contraptions in KSP.

Discuss/show off some of your (mostly)stock weapons and fighting systems!

Here is a compact missile design, launched from a small patrol cruiser in orbit. In testing I was hoping the extra mass of the fuel tanks would make it do a little more damage on impact, but still be somewhat compact. How do you guys make your weapons systems?

I'll add more photos of my stuff in awhile, but until then, post away!

I have used the octagon + two sepratrons design. They are mounted on docking ports so only activate through action groups.

i have not tried making weapons in ksp, i will have to try it some time. I will post what i come up with

I haven't been playing long enough to devise any weapons, but this YouTube channel (it sold me on KSP) has created entire war fleets, with some pretty epic pure stock designs.

My plane has 6 medium accuracy missiles, 3 on each wing, and a tri-bomb attached to the fuselage. This vessel also has a collision "avoidance" system, in the form of 4 seperatrons on the nose. This is fully stock and works in KSP 1.2.

BD armory is the most updated mod but 1.2 hasn't been released yet. but their are others i think.
