Wheres the mods? These couple of people are ruining this thread...

That's why there's the triangular "report" button on the bottom left of each post. Just sayin'.

Pretty sure they did.

"During development, KSP is available for purchase at a discounted price, which will gradually increase up to its final retail price as the game nears completion. So by ordering now, you get the game in its current state, and you'll get all future updates for free."

Actually that doesn't state the game will ever be completed, only that it will near completion

Really, teams? Why can't we all just get along? THERE IS NOTHING TO ARGUE ABOUT. No one has done anything wrong (except for the malicious comments which have no grounding whatsoever.) and this has no relevance to the forum.

Perhaps I misspoke on that. Should we request this thread be locked before it gets out of hand?

So if development stopped now you would consider this near completion?
nearer than .18, nearer than .17, nearer than .16

I wouldn't be happy about it but I certainly am getting my moneys worth

Well I didn't notice anything but sorry to the devs and mods and everyone for acting like that I mean you guys do all this work and don't get half the thanks you should, so just thanks. And sorry.

Thank you sir. This is good. A true man realizes his (and even other people's) mistakes.

I also have a Duna refuling Depot. It is going to get bigger later.

No, but if this inane, childish bickering would end, I'd call it a victory.

People. Show your appreciation By landing something on the Mun. :)

Quite right! I've got a Soviet-era moon Mun lander concept to work on.

Exactly. You can't say "yes" to that question because you know it's nowhere near complete.

I still dont get why people are claiming it will not be completed though.. Once it reaches 1.0 it will be completed regardless if they want to add more in the form of an expansion pack later. This is how it is with other games as well.. No one said that for example Saints row 3 was not not completed just because they added a expansion pack/dlc with more features/gameplay after release.

I dont see how a possible expansion pack would change anything.

Maybe you should read my OP in this thread before you start getting involved. I simply gave my POV on the matter. IDK why people feel the need get involved. Do you really think your comment is going to help things? You aren't involved so why not just stay out instead of adding to it?

Near is a relative term so yes. I can say it was near. More importantly I can say it without being confrontational, insulting, or abrasive. You are welcome to disagree with me and continue debating the value of the experience thus far as well. I would ask that stop attempting to twist my statement into something it wasn't, although I appreciate that you did so without resorting to less disagreeable ad hominem or strawman arguments.

Sorry for all the people on the Forums, Developers, Moderators, Managers, Auditors, New people, Veterans and everyone else that has had to witness some of the things said over this last couple of days. We don't want our community to become what others have been like before it and if that means a little restraint and give and take on our part then it is surely worth it. Come on guys, lets try to sort this out civilly! We can do that! It's not exactly rocket science ;)

Now for the love of Jeb let me sleep :D
