How long does it take for an addon to upload on Kerbal SpacePort?

I uploaded an addon Monday morning and waited 24hrs and it still wasn't up. So I tried again Tuesday morning and it still isn't up today (Thursday). I think something is wrong.

I know on Monday I was receiving 404's throughout the day both on Spaceport and these forums.

Whenever I pressed the Submit button, it would just blank out the "upload pic" line and do nothing else. Eventually I gave up and lost my nice write-up. Yes, tried all 3 formats in the exact pixel size it said.
